Our summer programs are in full swing. Session three, for the elementary, is called “Around the World in Ten Days”, with Sally. Each day or two they focus on a different country. They make crafts and prepare dishes from exotic places. This week, they have had leftovers to share with the school staff. On Tuesday, they brought over chow mein. Yesterday they “visited” Japan and the children brought us California Rolls to sample. Yummy! I know it’s not the greatest picture, but I really wanted to share it. The children rolled some beautiful sushi.
